Blake Austin Culver practices matrimonial and family law, civil litigation, and other legal matters. Blake is admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois (2003), and before the United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois (2003) and the United States Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit (2004).
Blake earned his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), with Highest Honors, from DePaul University. As an undergraduate, Blake was initiated into Alpha Lambda Delta National Honor Society, the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, and the Golden Key National Honor Society. Blake earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from DePaul University's College of Law. As a law student, Blake was selected as a Research Assistant and as a Teaching Assistant, served as a Legal Extern, and received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Writing. Blake's reported appellate case work is In re Estate of Zenkus, 346 Ill. App. 3d 741, 282 Ill. Dec. 240, 805 N.E.2d 1257 (2004). Blake is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
Since 2003, Blake has worked as an attorney for the Law Offices of Richard W. Culver, Ltd., helping clients to identify their goals and objectives, to understand the best possible approaches to their cases, and to resolve their legal issues.
